Effective immediately you will only be able to pay by mail or dropping payments in the drop box by the garage doors.  If you have cash you will need to take an envelope from the white box, put cash in, and you name and address on it  Until the emergency is over please try to use mail for your bills and please pay you bills on time.  The District function by fees that we generate through water sales. 

Due to limitation the District has open office hours from 4PM to 5PM each day.  Messages for service can also be left, at any time, by calling 785 238-7299. 

The District produces drinking water by pumping water from ground water wells to our Filtration Plant.  Once there the filters remove iron and manganese plus chlorinates the water.  The water is then stored in a small clear well at the plant until the Tower needs to be filled.  The water is then pumped to the tower and out to our customers.

Due to the covid-19, the District will be holding its meeting online.  The Board will meet on Zoom and conduct business as usually.  The general public can veiw the meeting by going to the home page and under news click on Meeting link.  EIther click on link or copy as url and post in browser and you will be allowed to watch the meeting.  Any comments from the public will be directed by the Chairperson.
