Fund. This fund is used to help the district pay for current and future projects. An example would be, when the district borrowed money to build the new well and pipeline, by using funds available to the district, we had to borrow much less. Each account will pay the $3.00 each month for a period of 5 years. At that time the board will review keeping or eliminating the charge on the bills
