Most customers either drop their bills off at the office or mail their bills. Recently due to the Postal Service closing of the Topeka sorting center, it now take anywhere from 3 to 4 days for your bills to reach our office. All bills are due the 16th of each month. That means that your payment needs to be in our office by the closing of business that day. If you wait unit the 14th, 15th, 16th or later to mail, your bill is delinquent and you are subject to a late charge. If you feel that your payment is not going to be received by the 16th, then we have a drop box, located next to the garage doors at the office. Bills left in the drop box after the 16th are also late and subject to the late charge.
