For the next month and possibly longer, Twin Valley Telephone is going to be boring their fiber optics into this area. Unfortunately everywhere they are installing the fiber, we have water lines. This may cause problems and damage to our water lines. We have done every thing we can to mitigate the problem, but every one needs to be prepared for water outages if lines are hit. Notice will be made to Ever Bridge, so if you have not signed up to that, it is the only way we notify of outages. There is a link on our website to sign up. The August 2023 meeting has been canceled. The next board meeting will be on Sept. 6, 2023 at 7 PM.
At the Special Meeting and after clarification from legal staff the following action occured. On the vote #1 Did not pass or NO, #2 Did Not Pass or No, #3 Did Pass or Yes. The bylaws will be updated to show that the Meeting will now be held the 1st Wednesday of the each month. The Board of Directors have called for a Special Meeting on June 7, 2023 at the office, 8424 Quarry Rd. Milford, KS, at 7 PM. The purpose for the meeting will be to vote on 3 proposed changes District By Laws. Please see the article posted under News Article on the right.

With below zero temperatures happening over night you might consider the following. If you have water lines near outside walls you might leave open near by. Check under the News and Information pull down.cupborard to help keep heat to the area. If youi think you water lines might freeze coming to the house, then leave water running in a bathtub, it just needs be a bit more then a trickle. And if you haven't you might check you water meter pit and make sure the lid is in one piece and that it is on the pit properly. This help to keep some heat in the pit.
The monthly and Annual meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of each month until further Notice.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: If you have not recieved your bill by the SECOND WEEK of the month, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE, leave a message and we will message you back with what is due. Our bills are sent out, to the customers, as near the 28th of each month, as possible.
If you have not discovered yet, you are able to PAY BILLS ON LINE. This is not where you will have access to any account, you will make your payment through the State Program and they will notify us of the payment. You can pay with credit card, debit card, or check. We do not have ACH available.
